Directions
  1. The strategy of this game is to win as much as you can.
  2. Distribute One "X" and one "O" chip to each team member.
  3. Choose a score keeper for the game. This person will still participate in the game.
  4. The scorekeeper should write all of the team member's names on the score sheet.
  5. Each round, your team will discuss how to "bid."
  6. Each player will submit their bid to the middle of the table, face down, after 2 minutes of discussion with their team.
  7. When the teacher gives the signal, everyone will show their bid and the scorekeeper will calculate the points.
  8. Use the point values listed below to decide on your strategy.
  9. The most points at the end of the game wins.
 
Point Value
 
  1. If everyone chooses "X", then each person gets 2 points.
  2. If everyone chooses "X" but one person chooses "O", the "X"’s get -1 each and the "O" gets 4 points.
  3. If more than one person chooses "O" the "X"’s get 1 and the "O"’s get -1.
  4. If everyone chooses "O" then everyone gets 0 points.
