		The 5 MMSR Components in Action Integrated Staff Development Activities Teachers engage in ongoing staff development for the purpose of developing knowledge and skills necessary for the implementation of the MMSR.
			Each local school system coordinates a staff development program for teachers, administrators, and supervisors.
			Components of the staff development program include long-term, intensive, and consistent application of early pedagogy and early learning content.
