	The 5 MMSR Components in Action Communication with Families Teachers effectively communicate information about children’s learning and progress with families and other program personnel involved with the child.
		Teachers use assessment information to share and plan with families as part of parent-teacher conferences and for local school system report cards.
		Teachers use assessment information as part of the articulation process with teachers of the children’s next grade (i.e., kindergarten or first grade).
