Staff who are engaged in the discussion about classroom work will learn how to examine their own classroom assignments for alignment, rigor, and continuity. Your assignment is to plan and lead a small group of staff through three or four classrooms (at least two of which are the same grade level). Use the attached protocol or create one of your own. At the conclusion of the walk-through, have staff discuss what they saw and summarize major findings. Submit the major findings in writing in either sentence or bullets. |
